Whether we’re meeting for the first time, or you’ve seen me around your school, I thought I would take a moment and tell you all about myself!

 

As you know, my name is Lift-Off!, and I’m a superstar nutrition and wellness champion! I’m a kid too, just like you! When I was really little, I used to watch my parents do all sorts of neat exercises, grow garden, and even make really yummy food. When I was 3 they told me that eating well and being active were important for kids like me. I knew I would grow up to be big and strong like them if I treated my body right, so I’ve been learning all about nutrition and exercise. 

 

I showed all of my friends how to eat healthy and be strong by exercising, and they’ve had so much fun and feel so good that they call me a “superstar” and their “champion”! It’s so great to be healthy and active, and I want to share this with all of you, so that’s why I am here! You can be a “champion” just like me! It’s easy and fun, so be sure to check out all of the neat activities on my Playground, and even ask me questions! Let’s have fun and be healthy!
